I was impressed with Dr. Pinson, my first visit with her. She answered my questions, ran tests, discussed options and indicated a willingness to do Zoom visits, thus eliminating the drive to Grafton. I'm happy to have met her and to be one of her patients. I will recommend her to others!

This doctor was very thorough and professional. However, I have two specific concerns. First, I had my nerve conduction test done in January and I had to wait six months to have them explained to me. (I was very worried about the condition for that entire time). And, two, this doctor is over an hour away from my home. I live 6 miles from Oconomowoc Aurora center and would have thought I could have seen someone there.

She seemed very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions, but I thought she should have done more testing or considered variants. She is willing to see me again, so I will be able to get my questions answered then.

Doctor is very kind and patient.. told me she gets quiet during test she is concentrating.. I have to say she would tell me what she was doing as she was doing it. She knew I was frighten. Had this test done once before it was very painful. She did talk me down and felt better. I would go to her again. I like it when doctors talk and I can understand what they are telling me. Not doctor talk.

Took a long time to get in to see her, a person should not have to wait weeks to see a doctor
