Dr. Player & staff seem to be on top of my health issues & concerns. He is exceptional at explaining things in a manner I can follow & understand. Welcomes all my questions.

The front office employees are very Rude and should Have better customer service skills, also when calling this clinic takes to long time of a wait time to talk to someone. ( when they do answer they are rude and short to talk too and when done they hang up don't even say bye and just drop the phone down. I am very close for alot of reasons on switching to a different clinic. I do see a few other doctors at the clinic that have other office hours at other locations and I Schedule appointments with them other then 4448 Loomis location..

Dr. Player goes above and beyond with help when you need it most. He is great!

First time this had happened, I waited in the lobby about 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was then taken to the room and was seen by the MA. I was told Dr. Player was still with another patient and he would be in as soon as he was done. I then waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. I do understand how this can happen and it is not the doctors fault. It would have been nice if someone just stopped in to update me.
