I feel I was treated rudely and demeaned. Was treated like a stupid old woman.
Had appointment for 11:15. first saw Doctor at 12:10. Feel I should have been told he was running late.
I have complete trust in Dr. Green and his ability to provide the best care possible. He listens carefully and explains things in an easy-to-understand manner. His nurse is always friendly and gives clear explanations about what to expect.
All the staff I talked or meet with was very nice, friendly, and informative.
Dr. Green and the rest of the Aurora Orthopedic staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, professional and efficient.... it was a pleasure to work with them to better improve my Orthopedic needs!!
