Dr Green took his time to go over options. Appreciate his not rushing through the appointment.

Prior to my surgery Aurora (via pre-surgery videos) and Dr. Green's instructions and were on point and helpful. A packet of information sheets were also great to have to reinforce my instructions regarding what I needed to do following surgery. However, Aurora, Dr. Green and the packet could have included more in my opinion. Post-surgery was not covered. Items like what to expect, sleeping positions, home aids that might provide comfort such as toilet riser and blanket/sheet lifter. I understand everyone is different and stating what to expect would be a huge topic to cover but at least the top 20 or a commonly asked questions sheet could be developed.

this was a 1 year follow up visit, and they were a bit behind schedule, but the staff made up for any inconvenience. They were all very kind and caring. Great people!!

Dr. Green and his entire staff that helped were very accommodating. I was 20 minutes late to my appointment due to going to the wrong clinic, and they still got me in right away even though Dr. Green had an emergency surgery.

Dr. Green listened and we decided on how to proceed with my situation.

Dr. Green has a very upbeat attitude, was very informative and spent as much time with me as I needed.

Great environment. Friendly and seemingly competent staff.

Was seen in a timely manner. Good/bad news. Need a new knee - surgery (bad news) good news - hopefully I will be able to walk more normally per Dr Green.
