Just a billing issue. Since I looked online for the cost I arranged the payment through my bank and it was paid the week before my appointment. However, the lady checking me in could not see that the payment had been made. No matter the time the payment is made, it should show up so they don't ask you to make payment. I do NOT use a credit card for medical issues. I either write a check or make arrangement through my bank. Any check in at the clinic/hospital should be able to see that a payment is made.

Everyone at Aurora was professional, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Green was especially caring and wants what's best for me. Love that in a health provider.

New facility is great except for parking lot. Entrance to lot is inadequate. Really bad trying to negotiate in good weather with out hitting median much less bad weather. Redo so that it is not such a tight fit to get in/out.
