Provider explained to me to return to his office if the treatment plan does not work in the time frame he recommended.

Dr Green was very concerned with my condition and felt it was in my best interest to try some PT before surgery as to have the best outcome. He is easy to talk to and very compassionate.

Any questions I had were answered and I was given ample time to discuss.

I had a 2:00 appointment and was there at 1:40 for it. We were given a beeper thing for my shirt but was still sitting there at 2:15. I heard someone say they had an appointment with Dr Green and they were immediately shown to an exam room. I went to the desk and she apologized and said there was a mix up. We were shown to a room within a few minutes but don't know if Dr Green knew it was there mix up and NOT because WE were late. I know mistakes happen and we not angry.

Dr. Green is the best! I feel like he really listens to me & therefore is most helpful. When I leave, I know I am in good hands & have confidence that I will have the best possible outcome because we are all on the same team!

Great experience from start to finish for my total hip replacement. Have already scheduled the second hip with Dr. Green.
