Dr Kaza is a very good doctor

Very very nice people and very intelligent

This was the first time I met with Chandrarekha Kaza. I have a real bad rash from either a medical proceedure or medication. My PCP is on leave and I needed to see a Doctor and Chandrarekha Kaza was the only one available the same day. She was very nice and listened to my story about my rash. The rash covered me from my shoulders to my toes. Chandrarekha Kaza prescribed a fix for my rash. I am doing better now and the rash is slowly going away.

At the front desk I notified them of Pharmacy change to Osco, 8801 S Ridgeland, Oak Lawn. Dr. Kaza was supposed to order me a RX for Benadryl. When I went to pick it up the following day, Osco doesn't have anything for me. As it turns out, I can purchase the RX over the counter. Records should be corrected.

Dr Kaza is great - very warm and caring and she always available for questions.
