I love Dr. Kaza! I am grateful to have her has my doctor. All staff if nice and do a great job!

Would be nice when I call to schedule and I am sick and I am told 2 weeks out for my primary doctor- for an illness -that your reps maybe try listening to your patients -If a patient is sick I thought the idea of having a primary doctor and associates build a relationship, maybe offer other doctors in your location first before sending me to tinley or wherever. If I called just for an annual exam or prescription refill it would be different. If I am really bad your recording says to go the emergency .Your reps need to do better because this has happened numerous times.Or your reps advise me to go to cvs clinic-why do I have a primary doctor -I am curious- can anyone make an appointment at any advocate facility ? Do my records follow me through your system ?
