Me experience with my health care provider was excellent. My experience with Advocate billing was not. The agents were helpful but the billing system did not properly enter one of my payments and it took far too much effort on every one's part to resolve the issue. The agents were Frey responsive but the system did not allow them to easily troubleshoot the problem. The problem was resolved later by the agents efforts but it should not have required so much effort on their part.
Look forward to my next visit.
Dr Curry is very combative she can be intimidating to where as a patient I feel afraid to talk to her she has a way of making you feel like you don't take good care of yourself it's your fault you are sick or have problems.
Dr Curry listened to all of my concerns, put them all under her doctor hat and came up with a thoughtful and appropriate treatment plan for us to follow to further my health goals. I did not feel rushed but, thoroughly heard.
My experience with my Primary Dr. has always been good and informative it's sometimes the communication when the nurses leave messages that can improve.
Dr Curry is the BEST physician I've ever encountered. She actually care!!! She does not simply "push a pill". She advised me on ALL options and discussed pros and cons in detail.
Dr. Curry is the absolute best!! I have never had a physician that cared so much about my personal health!
She listened to my problem and was very kind and thorough in her explanations and did nit rush my visit.
I was thinking of changing my insurance provider but Dr. Curry is not under the plan. What can I do?
I'm very happy with my Dr. I feel that I can talk to her about any concerns that I have.
