Dr. Aune was friendly, courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I felt confident in what she advised me about getting a neurologist appointment to most likely lead to surgery to widen my spinal column so it isn't causing numbness and tingling or falls in the future. I thought she was great! A perfect 10!

Catharine ask me to do a follow-up in 4 weeks. So at the desk upon leaving I asked for an appointment in 4 weeks the receptionist confirmed to date for me to be seen and gave me my departure papers. When reading the papers later I noted that I follow up appointment is with someone else. If the receptionist did not have an appointment with Catharine she should have at least told me she was making the appointment with someone else. We talked later and she did change me back to Catharine.
