good skills & listening attentiveness & aware of MY history etc. "She did her homework" -- that felt good and she is such a good, kind, and thorough doctor!
Both this visit and the previous visit, I waited a long time to be seen. This time I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and only spent 15min with Doctor including my PAP procedure. Unfortunately this is what Healthcare has become. I work at this facility and am not impressed.
Great listener, very detailed, took enough time with me, next steps were spot on. Wonderful PCP!
I would like to stress that the time allotted for this appointment is what should be the standard for care. I realize this being an annual Medicare appointment, it was allowed more time, but I feel like anything less is just too little time spent with a patient. I appreciated the thoroughness as well as feeling I had been heard and my questions were answered.
Always feel listened to, heard about my concerns. A very good care provider.
She was well prepared for my visit.
She seemed to want to go through her set of questions and get out of there. She was in the office with me for about 7-8 minutes. She ordered blood tests, bone scan and mammogram. I felt that she was more interested in getting the visit charted than being present for the the visit.
Dr Edwards communicates well with me and is very attune to including me in decisions about my healthcare.
