It was my first time meeting the doctor. But she seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I am really hoping it will work out better than my first experience with a provider in that practice

Established care with Dr. Edwards. She was very nice, and seemed knowledgeable and caring. My comments are geared toward Aurora as an organization. While I understand from a fiscal and efficiency standpoint the move to standardizing appointment times, I feel that it is at the expense of patient care and patient experience. I am willing to wait for my provider as long as I know they will give me the time I need in my appointment. Dr. Edwards was great, so this is nothing against her at all. I just felt like the appointment was a little rushed, and I didn't want to bother her with some general questions I had, so opted not to ask them (to be clear, she did ask me if I had any questions, I chose not to ask because I didn't want to hold her up). Each patient has unique needs, and each provider is different, so I think it's a mistake to try to force everyone into a cookie-cutter scheduling format.

Dr Edwards is an amazing Dr and I highly recommend her adn think Aurora is lucky to have her.
