Front desk ladies were awesome! The one was training the other and I was impressed at how patient she was while the trainee was scheduling. She was also quite funny and friendly.

This was a new patient appointment. I was a bit surprised that Dr. Edwards didn't ask anything about me personally to get to know me. The appointment was straight to a review of my chart, exam and recommendations. I appreciate all of that but was hoping to learn a bit about each other to feel comfortable with a new doctor.
