This provider is an excellent listener and explained what was wrong and ordered the medication that was needed to heal my injury along with physical therapy.

I felt the RNs provided wonderful care. I liked all the CNA s also. I have mention the two MDs for my two stays.

Dr. Zweiger is great. I enjoyed the appointment I had with her, she addressed all of my concerns and I look forward to my follow-up.

The nurse & Cassandra were very kind & professional. Explained stuff very well. My only concern is when I got there. They never checked my sons, blood pressure or his pulse which I thought was something they did every time you go into the office.

Cassandra listened to my concerns, checked strength and range of motion, and gave me a variety of different exercise and strengthening suggestions to ease my discomfort and help me on the road to recovery.

Cassandra answered all my questions thoroughly and was so pleasant and funny.

I felt Cassandra took the time to explain and was not in a hurry to just get in and get out and on to the next patient. She showed concern and compassion for pain I was experiencing and offered next steps but also explained limitations to those steps as not all treatments worked for every patient. I felt very comfortable asking questions, did not feel rushed and agreed to planned next steps.

My appointment was for 8 AM and told to arrive at 7:40. The desk was not ready for me and I had to sit and wait in lobby until the appointment. Why must a patient arrive so just to sit and wait.
