Woman at front desk was talking with patient about their illness in great detail and people checking in and in waiting room had listen to her. Another woman around the corner was having a hard time with an insurance company and trying to get someone to help her. Both were conversations patients don't need to hear. Check in people should be there for check in. Felt like I was eavesdropping on a personal conversation.

I really felt comfortable with Casey. She was friendly and reviewed my medical history. This was my first visit and would gladly see her again.
