Casey Reis was very attentive to my issues and thorough in her explanation

At check-in, the two staff did not look up from whatever they were doing to acknowledge my presences even if just to say they would be right with me after completing another task. I was the only patient in line to check in and there were no other patients in the waiting area at the time.

Casey is a fantastic NP and I would recommend her to anyone. The front desk staff was awesome! She even remembered me when I called later to schedule a nurse visit.
