Dr Morris and staff are the best

Dr. Morris is always very personable and seems to know my medical history well. I appreciate this.

This was my first visit with Dr. Morris. I found him very engaging, open communicater and a good listener.

Dr. Morris and his staff are fantastic. The only issue I have is not with him but with the fact that appointments are being shortened to 15 minutes a piece. I do not understand how a doctor is expected to provide adequate medical care in 15 minutes. I pay exorbitant amounts of money for insurance every month to have access to good quality medical care which is what I had come to expect from Advocate. The fact is that stuffing so many appointments in to maximize profit is putting a strain on the doctors and staff. I could see it the second I got in the back. They were all trying their best but they were obviously stressed. Stressed and overworked providers make more mistakes no matter how competent they are. The staff and us patients deserve better.

The provider was fantastic. I am so disappointed that the Advocate Aurora is not accepting new patients for ONGYNs. This closest location (Downer's Grove) was way too far from my old Oswego Location. I am also upset that Advocate is not affiliated with Rush and the closest hospital is so far away. This ridiculous. If this issue is not fixed at the next open enrollment I will be switching health care providers. Advocate needs to focus on their clients needs. I have been an Advocate/Dryer patient for my entire life, and this is a purely disappointing.
