Dr. Casey has always taken whatever time I need to explain any health issues and provides excellent health care.

Love Dr Morris but his ancillary staff was lacking. I witnessed a nurse yell for a patient from the hallway before entering the waiting area. This seemed very unprofessional as she had to call the patient's name again. The nurse that helped me barely spoke to me & was not very friendly. As in Healthcare worker myself, I expect more kindness & compassion from staff. Some coaching with this staff would help tremendously

The communication from the administrative support staff was very poor during this visit. I was left waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time in the waiting area, then another 30 minutes in the exam room with no explanation. Very disappointing.

Listens. Gives clear answers
