I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Morris. He is such a wonderful and kind physician. One concern for Advocate Aurora - I noticed that the plastic cusco speculum that was used during my visit was discarded after the singular use. I asked Dr. Morris about this, and he said that they recently made the switch from metal speculums to plastic. I would love to understand the medical benefits to the plastic device vs. metal because the amount of waste that this produces is concerning to me as a patient and makes me feel the need to reconsider my care options unless there is medical necessity tied to this change. This matters to me greatly, and I hope the organization considers the impact this has on the planet.
