NP Casey goes above and beyond for her patients. During my visit with her it was clear that she remembered everything that was important to me from our previous visit (6 months ago). She demonstrates compassion and a genuine interest in the well-being of her patients.

I very much appreciate the fact that you feel like you're more than an assembly line patient at West Allis Memorial. You really feel that the doctors and nurses and all workers care about you as an individual.

Working daily with people who have a terminal illness cannot be easy. The Aurora healthcare professionals are not only knowledgeable and have excellent communication skills, they are patient, kind and compassionate. I appreciate every smile and kindness that I encounter on this journey.
