Was satisfied with service provided once appointment was Finally scheduled, completely dissatisfied with the process to schedule appointment, takes almost 2 minutes to get thru "our menu options have recently changed" again prompts, waiting for nurse to determine if care is needed, as a single working parent, hard to dedicate that much time to get thru the process, seems to change every time I have to deal with the system. Thank you
