Please don't make people that already have diagnosed depression and/or anxiety disorders and report taking medication/being in treatment for it to complete the compulsory verbal questionnaire! That was so humiliating and unnecessary!!! I also can't get a doctor to take my joint problems seriously so I'm back to square one with trying to figure this out on my own again.

I had a rough start with this new Doctor. I was called 2 hours prior to my appointment stating that my prescriptions that are of a "controlled substance" nature would NOT be refilled by Dr. Lagattuta, so if that was my reason for the visit to not bother. I was made to feel like a drug-seeking JUNKIE! However, I understand the Doctors concern after speaking with her. I have since requested referrals for Pain Management and Psychiatric care in order to continue to get help for Pain, as well as my Anxiety. I changed my PCP in the United Health care system to reflect her as the PCP on record, but still waiting on referrals. I hope that my next visit will be more constructive as I did not feel my exam was complete.
