This appointment was delayed by 2 weeks because the doctor was unexpectedly out the original day of our appointment, and I wasn't notified until I arrived that day. I feel the doctor did an excellent job explaining things to me, taking my concerns seriously, cleaning up older issues in my portal info, and otherwise taking care of me as I would expect and hope.
