Not completely professional as my daughter had ro retake urine tests as they left her unrine out too long

The appointment experience was great. Getting the appointment was a challenge (called the number and transferred several times to various triage places). Miss the app not being able to send new medical questions.

I appreciated it!

Our son's health insurance information on his LiveWell profile was removed after we changed his appointment from the Whitefish Bay location to the Good Hope location. Please work to revise this bug as we then were told we needed to pay at time of service, received pay estimates that were incorrect and overall had a negative experience around this issue. I uploaded his insurance during pre-check in and we still had an issue. Separately, Dr. Deboer is incredible and we very much appreciate the time and thoughtfulness she provides us and our son.

We've seen her twice for last minute concerns and she has always listened and provided good information and reassurance. She is also so sweet with my daughter, singing to make her more comfortable.

Dr. DeBoer was absolutely great during a sick visit with our child. She is not our usual provider. She knew every bit of my daughter's history and was very prepared with her plan. She spent a great amount of time with us and I felt great about the plan of action. She is wonderful!!

Dr. Deboer took the time to listen to what we were saying and also make sure our child was comfortable throughout the visit. She always gives us the best experiences during our appointments! Her MA was also very nice and addressed both parents during the visit as well.
