The front desk staff was great, helped each other out and were very funny. The waiting room is large, clean, and full of stuff for the kids. The Doctor was just what we needed. Talked to my teenager, got her engaged and answered all my questions.
Dr. Deboer is always so patient and listens. She does not brush you off or rush to another appointment. She makes sure all questions/concerns are answered and addressed. We appreciate her as our pediatrician!

Dr Deboer has been very helpful since I switched over to her being my daughter pediatrician. She responds in a timely matter to messages or have the nurses communicate if she can't. There hasn't been a time in this short amount of transition that she wasn't able to get my daughter in as a follow up appointment with all her ER visits and scares as a first time mom. It means a lot that she takes the time to reach out if she's noticed that daughter went to the ER or urgent care. I didn't have that experience with my daughter prior pediatrician. She could never get us, didn't respond to any messages (it always came from nurses), never had any openings for an acute visit or was available to answer my questions until I hot upset onetime.
Dr. Deboer is so knowledgeable and caring. She remembers everything about my children which shows how much she cares about what she does. She also takes the time to address my concerns. I appreciate her so much!
