Was in the patient room for 45 minutes or more waiting on the provider. Provider was very flustered because they were behind. They did apologize for the delay but would have been nice for some indication of what was going on much sooner. Made statements about being unsure and those that seemed to lack confidence. Provider struggled to use the medical records system. Overall was very friendly and kind but the above made me question whether I was getting the proper assessment I needed prior to a major surgery.
