I truly appreciate having Dr Fotso as my PCP. We have great discussions, everything is always clear in the way of treatments, next steps, etc. I can't think of anything I would want to do differently.
When confirmation appointment reminder calls are made the office personal need to state why they are calling upfront - also the phone number used is not definable and many will not answer a call without an I.D. or recognizable phone i.e. Advocate.
Dr. Fotso and her team are amazing. No long wait times, extremely patient and answered all my questions. Always a pleasant experience!
