Dr. Prades has been my PCP for several years... He changed medical systems...and now Advocate is my new medical team as well. I am happy to still have him as my PCP....

Provider took time to take care of sinus issue and reviewed in detail other major medical problems I'm having. Explained everything well. Felt very well cared for.
Dr. Prades is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable physician. He listens to our concerns, and helps our family (three of us) make healthy decisions and goals. He explains test results so we understand them, and also guides us so we continue to live not only healthy lives, but also happy lives! ? He regularly advises us (and also compliments us) in the healthy choices we have made over the past five years that he's been our doctor. He takes as much time as we need to ask questions to fully understand the medical information so that my two sons (who both have cognitive disabilities) understand. Big or small, Dr. Prades celebrates our achievements to live healthy lives. One of our family's favorite phrases is: "We did it!" when we evaluate the annual goals that we made during our last appointment with him, and he repeats that exact phrase with us if and when those goals are achieved! We feel very blessed to have Dr. Prades as our family physician.

This was my first appt with Dr. Prades. He was wonderful and was very well knowledgeable about my medical history. I am looking forward to have Dr. Prades as my new primary physician. He was a very well recommendation. I know I'll be very happy with my future appts.
