Dr. Spanik is fantastic! She listens to me and gives very sound advice.

Dr. Spanik is very personable and genuinely cares about my health. I feel supported as I go through this process of aging. She is a great listener and encourager. I trust that her recommendations are in my best interest.

Numerous times I have asked why you don't mention the name of the Dr. Like now I am hoping is Carli Spanik the one I am giving her survey. She is a good Dr. Also calling back to leave a message why it doesn't say Avocate clinic. If I don't know who is calling I don pick up. I am hoping one of administrator's going to do something about it.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Spanik. She was very knowledgeable and thorough.

The doctor examined me head to toe, renewed my prescriptions, said my blood work was normal, blood pressure normal, weight taken, spent time to complete Medicare questionnaire, has encouraging bedside manner, answered all my inquiries etc . In a positive& professional manner! See you next time!
