I think that the cardiology dept strives for good patient service it starts at the desk not when you see your docter. They have to be cordial and friendly people can be scared to even be there. We don't go to the docter for fun. Patients have to be put at ease and told everything they're going to do. Then Docter comes in talks to you. Amen.

In the waiting area it's very cold and when my BP is checked it's always high so I hope it can be regulated to a more comfortable level.
