Dr Carissa is one of the most outstanding doctors I have ever seen. She had my labs looked up the day before to prep for my appt, she is so thorough, she cares about her patients and you can tell, she gives wonderful tips about diet and exercise, she explains treatment and changes. I am blessed to have found her. She is truly an asset for Advocate. She deserves recognition as an outstanding provider.

Supposedly, doctors office should contacted me in regards to sleeping apnoea take home machine but unfortunately until today no one had reached out to me yet!! so it will be nice from the office if they can reach out to me whether or not the insurance will cover for the sleeping apnoea machine! thank you

Dr Buenvenida and her staff have always been very thorough and sincere in their discussions with me. They are very specific and detail oriented. They make me feel at ease and willing to share my concerns and history with them.
I have seen many professional caregivers at LGH facility and the only negative I, and I'm certain many others have is just that - The facility. It is next to impossible to easily access parking for medical visits. Need to provide more parking within proximity of the buildings the appointments are made for AND provide better facilities for the tremendous professional staff providing services as needed. I would be shocked if this hasn't been a negatively generated comment in / on many occasions. I know, from my years of construction related management, that costs of parking spaces can be extremely expensive ranging from 35K on up to 60K per space dependent upon criteria and design. Your only affordable options are to purchase and develop properties adjoining the complex a/o taking the time and providing the inconveniences of re-erecting a much larger facility (or facilities) that connect(s) to the buildings in an appropriate yet safe manner.
