It was my first time meeting Dr. Gonzalez. I immediately felt at ease. I was being seen for an ongoing issue and she asked different questions which were very good. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
This was my first visit with Dr Gonzalez. She was kind, professional and, most importantly, she listened to and respected my questions and requests. I did not feel hurried or discounted. Dr Gonzalez was wonderful!

My concerns were not addressed at all. I had to push to further discuss issues and a path to figure out a solution. I left with zero answers. We absolutely not be back. My experience with the MA and front desk were just as awful. Feedback for the MA- a personal story is not needed and unprofessional when dealing with a personal health issue.
I appreciated the doctor listening to me and learning about me. I hope to have her for a long time as my care provider.
A new doctor after many many years with the same provider. A bit nervous about the change. Dr.Gonzalez more than eased my mind. Would love to know she will be available for a very very long time.
The nurse practitioner and Dr. Gonzalez. were the best, and made for an experience which exceeded expectations. It's great having an urgent care clinic on the west side of Mequon.
This was a new visit to establish care. No physical exam was done. I had a complaint but no further questions were asked about the complaint-only referral was placed. Provider did not attempt to get to know me or ask questions about my occupation or family. Provider was late walking into room and didn't apologize for being behind, I know it happens but a simple acknowledgement would have been nice.
