Dr Blegen was able to take care of my ear problem in one sitting, that the other Aurora urgent care PA & MD couldn't in three previous visits. Very pleased with the results. My hearing is better and is improving in less than one day.

Very thorough, explained my conditions clearly, and made sure I was involved in decision making. I love that Dr. Blegen explains why certain tests are recommended based on my medical conditions and what treatment decisions would be made depending on the results.

HATE the new phone system. Whoever thought of that obviously never tried using it. I had to listen to the "if this is an emergency, please call 911" message three times before I actually got to who I needed to speak with. If I didn't have an emergency when I first called I really doubt I had one15 seconds later.
