Even though I was late ,due to I had hard time finding th facility, they still saw me. Would recommend, but most of my family have different insurance ,or live out of state. The visit was through, Thank you

My visit was apleasant but very rare experience. For a medical non emergency, I showed up early and there was no wait time. Beautiful. Greeted professionally and quickly/ very efficient. And that experience continued all the way through my visit. Top to bottom. Very unusual yet very nice yet rare experience. The only issue or weirdness... with today's technology, this was the 1st time I experienced, not filling out info, nor showing any provider cards, ( treated very well throughout) but in the "goodbye" or dismissal, 1st time ever not receiving any paperwork. I just have to get used to and be happy with all things finally done through technology's portals. I like it!

Seeing this Orthopedic Physician, for the first time, for my broken right arm, was excellent! I will be seeing him again in 3 weeks.

Dr. Luu is very caring and helpful, I asked him questions and was very patient with me and answered them completely. I feel very fortunate to have been in his care and would recommend him to my friends and family!
