Dr. Luu is an extraordinary doctor. He is patience and listens with intensión.

It is disappointing on the lengthy timeframe of making appointments and seeing the provider. Especially with the high cost of insurance.

It seems to me Advocate is becoming too big. A patient can't get an appointment to see his/her provider in a timely. Too many patients? Not enough Doctors? Providers used to have weekly time set aside for usual patients. Now months out.
