It's more on the billing/records end. When I get my paper receipt showing I paid my $40.00 copay. The receipt does not show the following: Doctor's name, office visit Reason I need this is that I need to send in my receipt to my VEBA account to get reimbursement for the Copays. VEBA told me that this information needs to be on the billing receipt per IRS. Thank you, I hope this gets added to billing receipts.

Dr. Luu understood the issue with my shoulder, and from the very first appointment, we talked and came up with a plan. As of now we are trying the second option which we discussed, as the first option did not work to well. Dr. Luu has given me my first gel injection in a set of 3. Dr. Luu has a great personality, and his staff is wonderful too.
