The care was so great from Dr. and each staff member. She explained test results, her recommendations and alternatives clearly. She told me what to expect after surgery, answered all my questions. Did not rush. I left feeling calm and comfortable with the plan of care. A big thank you to Dr and all her staff.

I was so impressed with the entire staff. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. Listening and recording concerns and making me feel comfortable. They understand that the entire process is scary and hard to understand and were so well prepared to help me understand what would need to be done to try to relieve some of the fears I had.

I saw Dr schlappe's PA. She was very thorough as well and discovered some skin irritation during exam. Prescribed me and assured me not to worry and let me know to call if anymore questions.
