I love Dr Gierisch, but what frustrates me is not being able to get an appointment when something unforeseen comes up. There are never any slots open and I end up seeing a different provider which is extremely annoying. I think Aurora needs to do something to fix this. I have a PCP because I would expect to be able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time instead of being scheduled with someone else. Please fix this issue! I would hope patient satisfaction would be a priority. Thank you!

This was my first visit with this doctor and medical office. That is why I answered some of the questions as I did. I saw the doctor for a new patient exam / physical. I was nervous and she put me at ease. She is a very good doctor. She explained things simply. I am very happy she was able to take me on as a new patient.

Dr Gierisch is the most amazing doctor. My appointment was at the end of the day, so she was running behind, but that's because she spends time and cares about her patients. She explains everything so well and gives me options. I felt so much better mentally after talking with her. And I feel inspired to be healthier. She is truly the best doctor I ever had.

Although my appointment was delayed, I do understand that medical emergencies do happen and am not upset about the delay because it is always a pleasure seeing DR. G to go over all my health concerns. She is an excellent provider.
