Maybe we're having some language issues and it needs more attention of older people with no knowledge of US healthcare system, as it should be the care member's or nurse assistant or the front desk's office take any following appointments that patients need after visiting the doctor but the world is changing no one care for other. This country is going down by those people who forget their jobs or the management whom don't control them.
