BILLING ISSUES ALWAYS,AND HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS. IM ON A MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN,AND HAVE BEEN FOR A LONG TIME. IF I DONT RECEIVE BILL SLIP,NO PAYMENT IS MADE,THEN THEY TELL ME IM LATE.NO,THEIR LATE. BESIDES THAT,THE DOCTOR IS GREAT
