While I understand that appoint times are flexible, when my appointment was for 8:20am and the doctor did not see me until 8:55am one would have thought some acknowledgement of the delay would have been provided; however, none was given. Again, I am aware that others' needs can cause delays, but some acknowledgement would be appreciated.
