This is a new Dr for me on my second vist. He takes the time to listen, and checks every medication he ordered for me as I have interactions with other meds. Very pleased with him. Makes you feel valued.

I would want to have the doctor as my PCP but though his accepted insurances included UHC - Medicare, he was not on my specific plan. This is confusing since the clinic is under my plan. As Aurora knew my insurance, I was disappointed this wasn't flagged before my appointment. Now I'm forced to pay out-of-network charges.

It was a chaotic time at the clinic. Just as we got there the fire alarm went off in the clinic and we had to evacuate to the outside. Thankfully I was in a wheelchair so I had someplace to sit for the 45 minutes we were outside. We didn't know if we would still be seen but we waited just in case. Thankfully Dr Gustafson saw me right away when we came back inside. I felt very cared for. He took time with me and made sure all our questions were answered. The nurse was helpful and caring as well. I didn't mind the wait.

I think he's a great doctor. He's understanding, and he listens to everything you say.

This was my first visit with this provider. He was very professional and attentive. We talked about my issues and we have a tentative plan of action depending on test results. He made me feel very comfortable.
