The radiology tech was very pleasant and professional. The NP and the MD listened to my symptoms and verified that I just needed an injection into my hip.

I am walking without pain and have complete mobility after my knee replacement. Dr Witten is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone needing a knee replacement. He is kind and personable and takes the time to make sure your questions are answered.
The doctor was telling me a lot of things about my problem, but he was talking so fast, and through a mask, that I hardly understood what he was saying. I did get the gist of it, which should be enough.
I had an appointment in lab that was totally unacceptable. The tech that waited on me never introduced herself, asked which arm to use and then had issues with drawing my blood in my left arm and made a comment that she was by herself and did not have time for this. She also rudely asked me if I drank any water at which I told her I did. When she tried my right arm she said, "Why didn't you tell me to try this arm?" I have never had such a more rude and disrespectful team member take care of me. I would hope that someone addresses this issue with her.

It did take an hour to actually see the doctor. however we did see the nurse and the NP with in 15 to 20 minutes. I know that the scheduled usually will run later in day day due to patient need.
Dr. Witten was very kind and explained things well. I appreciated that he took X-Rays and went over them with me so I could understand the reason for my pain.
