Did a great job explaining everything to me so I understood the diagnosis and treatment plan.

I did not like the fact that the only way to pay my co-pay is by credit card. Not cash or check and yet if I were billed I would pay by check. I would prefer paying by cash or check.

The staff in the office are friendly and knowledgeable. NP Frank is easy to talk to and answers all of my questions.

She did everything she could, the med was so new, it was just too costly.

Brenna is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I am able to get same week appointments, often same day if needed. She listens, gives her recommendations, and allows me to tell her how I feel about each to choose the best course of action. I feel heard and cared about, she is definitely someone I will be sticking with for the foreseeable future.
