Wonderful pleasant doctors and nurse. Unfortunately the receptionist for dermatology was not.

While there are pediatric dermatologists closer to our home, we chose to drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Thomas. He's kind, knowledgeable, informative, engaging with my daughter and his staff have been wonderful. We see Dr. Thomas once a month for alopecia treatments. It can be very uncomfortable and scary to get dozens of shots to the scalp, but my daughter trusts Dr. Thomas. We will continue to drive to see him even though he has offered to help us find a provider closer to home and consult for proper treatment.

My experience with Advocate doctors and staff is good. This refusal to use our local, Rush Copley and Mercy whatever on Highland in Aurora is disastrous. If I should need surgery, I will have to find an outside of Advocate surgeon.

Dr. Thomas is Very Nice. He is the BEST !

Completely satisfied with my Dr./ patient experience, but my interaction with the receptionist upon check-in for my appt. was lacking in friendliness and courtesy. This was the only time in all my years as a patient at this site that I've had a negative experience at check-in.
