Very kind and thoughtful

She comes into the exam room totally prepared. She has done the homework rather than most doctors who sit on the computer for five minutes to find out who you are.

I was very nervous going in to see the surgeon and was happy with the way I was treated and the way I was explained everything. I left feeling much more relaxed

We got there early and were expecting a wait but were seen right away. The surgeon listened to me very well and answered all my questions.
