I love my Random Lake Dr and office people. However,,,,this was one laceration/one set of stitches. I do not like Auroras policy of charging for two appointments to remove them. Had to come back because right side of laceration didn't heal as well. Which brings me to my co-pay. I always pay my Bill's. I resent Auroras policy of debit/credit, no cash. The manner in which I pay should be MY choice. Thank you for asking for comments.
