Dr, Pierce has consistently gone above and beyond to show that she cares, listens, and is willing to provide extra support as needed/requested.

Everything went well as usual I was very satisfied with the services that I received and the Doctor will see me in a year all is well.

I liked her expertise but her communication style was a bit gruff. She made it clear she was frustrated I was sent to her for a consult. She made several remarks suggesting alternative hematologists I should have been referred to based on past visits I had with them more than 10 years ago. The consult was for switching to newer drug therapy. She initially was open to the change then seemed to be grasping for straws trying to dissuade me. I sensed her frustration and felt my visit was wasting her valuable time which seemed to me the reason she was dissuading me.
