Staff was courteous and efficient. Doctor was excellent!
It answered all the questions I had and provided the solution that I needed. Dr. Vastola always has time to listen to me and provide what I need. I recently lost my husband and she was there to offer comfort and caring. She's always there when I need her. She makes me feel comfortable and confident.
Dr. Vastola as usual covers all parts of this wellness visit, while discussing a path to help keep you in good health. She listens very well and provides open minded approaches to help me achieve the best care possible. Myself and other family members are lucky to have her as our primary physician.
My biggest problem is the inability to see doctors in a timely manner. This is true across Advocate. Having to wait 6-9 months for an appointment is unacceptable. The doctors see too many patients. There is also no continuity of care due to lack of doctor availability and short tenures with Advocate. I generally like the doctors, but not Advocate.
