Dr Joseph always sees me in a timely manner and provides me with referrals for conditions she does not treat.

If Dr. Joseph leaves, I will go with her. She is amazing and takes great care of our entire family. It is too bad that the call center has not improved over the last 10 years. She has to take on things that no doctor should have to do to make up for the lack of knowledge at that center. We love Dr. Joseph.

Sometimes the staff doesn't know that other staff have already called or sent a message via MyChart and will call again. For example, for this appointment after I checked in on My Chart I still received a phone call! Also, I received three messages informing me that I could go for my labs. I appreciate the communication but I think they may have better things to do with their time!
